Status of the Indian passport application or renewal tracking PSK 2012-2013 : Once you have applied for passport first thing we all do is to check the status of Passport Application. If you have already applied for passport , you would have received an acknowledgement slip from PSK or Passport Office. You can check for 13 digit Passport FILE Number given in the printed receipt. You can type the same number to check the status of your passport by visiting Passport website:

You can enter your File Number along with Date of Birth mentioned in passport application.
- Received Status: This status indicates your passport is received and waiting for Police Verification.
- Police Verification Pending.
- Police Verification Complete , Pending for Dispatch
- Passport is dispatched.
